This is my second experience at pickup (5pm) where the woman was completely overwhelmed and very negative. She might need another customer service person to help her. She told me I had to wait at least 10 minutes because she was busy. I was the only customer there.

Patty was wonderful. She was supportive, professional understanding and patient with me during a rather trying time with an unexpected flat tire on a brand new car. She worked with me to identify acceptable options and to set a date to come back to replace my tire. However, in discussions with my originating dealer, Falmouth Toyota, there were some missteps. Not by Patty but by the parts manager in not fully identifying what was missing in my car regarding the flat repair kit. I ended up going back to Falmouth Toyota thinking I had a problem with missing items when I really didn’t. Falmouth was not happy with the total experience I had (Toyota roadside assistance primarily)and my tire will be replaced by Falmouth Toyota. I had to cancel the order and appointment with Sullivan. Patty handled that smoothly with no issues. She was really so kind overall.
