Bob is Always Great, informative & helpful. I truly appreciate his service. I am just very wary of some of the services, as my friend is a mechanic and I feel your prices are WAY TOO HIGH! I also feel some of the services are unnecessary and and incorrect in importance & description.

I was charged for services I did not authorize. I plan on calling your service manager and discussing this. This is unacceptable and is an experience I intend on sharing with others and will not ever bring a vehicle or purchase a vehicle from Sullivan if this is the way manner in which they conduct business.
