Initial work time estimate was 45 minutes when I made the appointment over the phone. When I arrived at my 2:30 appointment they were very busy and the attendant said about 1-2 hours completion. They finished in 45 and Hannah greeted me with my repaired vehicle. Pleased with all the staff and efficiency to get me back on the road

I was not informed there would be a 3% additional charge for using a credit card upon ordering a new Honda windshield. Disappointed Honda has lowered themselves to charging such fees. Other than that, Joe was perfect in taking care of my repair.

**** was great & my service was completed quickly, for that I am completely satisfied and thankful. However, I do find it ridiculous that a company as big as Honda finds it appropriate to charge their customers a 3% fee if they pay with a credit card. I also believe it should be made known to customers verbally PRIOR to the moment of payment so customers can make a decision and believe it should be conspicuously advertised as such - not on a small black sticker on a desktop.

Well I called several times to the service department and no one answered. Then it went to voice mail. I kept calling back and finally found out that they had a tire in stock that I needed in an emergency. They called me back after I dropped off my car to tell me that it was going to be almost 400.00 for a tire for a Honda accord . What a joke. I will not be bring big my lease car there again

I’ve brought my vehicles to Airport Honda to service for many years. Today, after spending close to $460 I’m told if I use my credit card I’ll be charged a 3% fee. Really? This disheartens me greatly. My husband went today to get his oil changed at Valvoline and wasn’t charged the 3% fee. I will be evaluating my next service facility. I wrote a check, to keep from paying the fee but I will be searching for a place to handle my cars service needs that doesn’t charge the 3% fee. Sad day indeed.
