I bought new tires, and realized after prepaying that I wasn’t given the “price match” price. When I called ****, he said he’d take care of it. However, when we came to have the tires installed, **** went to lunch before our car was ready, so when no one at check out knew anything about the situation it was very uncomfortable. The ladies were obviously irritated and had trouble understanding what had transpired. No one apologized for what felt like an accusatory interaction. We had just spent a lot of money and left feeling insulted.

Most everything was great. However I asked for the service center to fix the "SNOW" button on the gear shift button panel due to it being stuck. I was told it would be taken care of but when my wife returned home, it hadn't been fixed.

He is very thorough and explains everything! I was told at Auto National that I needed a front left strut that would be $900! Jeremy told me it did need a strut and getting one on the right also would be best . He said that he would check with my extended warranty to see if they would cover the cost! Three days later he called me and said that they would cover the costs of both struts except for the $250 deductible! Amazing difference in dealerships! Thank you Jeremy!

**** was great but I was both surprised and frustrated that you tacked on a 3% fee to pay by card. Your dealership and the Honda corporation are BOTH making plenty of money. The amount of greed that companies have made this part of the way of doing business is ridiculous. Are you even remotely concerned or aware about the amount of people who have to pay by card just to afford other basic necessities. Disappointed that Airport Honda and I assume all the other dealerships that are owned by this same group have resorted to this practice.
