Visiting Gatlinburg, from Pensacola, for three days. Late on the second day our Odyssey gave us problems. Meagan was instrumental in helping me have it towed to the shop the last day and getting it repaired ed for our return trip the next morning. I called prior to ensure the part that was ordered back on 6/24/25 was at the dealership. I was told it was there two days prior to my appointment. When I got to the dealership today, **** was very courteous and helpful. He called the parts department and they told him the part had just arrived today. Thank goodness, or so I thought. However, they were unable to put the part on today because it would take too long after putting 4 new tires on my van. Now, I will have to schedule another appointment and drive back to the dealership to have the part put on. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
