I have to be honest, I feel misled by this whole situation. I paid $1,400, but the original problem — the clicking noise when turning — is still there.
You are now telling me the noise is from another location and that I need to spend another $1,400. This feels like I was charged for a repair that did not address the issue I came in for.
From my perspective, this is not just a misdiagnosis — it feels like I was taken advantage of. I trusted the dealership’s expertise, and instead I ended up paying for something that didn’t fix the problem.
I cannot accept being asked to pay again. I expect the dealership to take responsibility — either refund the $1,400 I already paid, or cover the cost of the correct repair.

Everything is great except your phone system. I never receive calls back when I leave a message. It is frustrating when you are out and your call will not start to have to leave a message. My salesman, Kevin Coffman, is always will to help and this time I called parts and spoke with Dustin when service does not answer their calls. Do a better job in service getting back to customers when they leave a message! I have left numerous messages and have never gotten a call back!
