After the services were completed she explained all that was done & what was found -- she escorted me to make my payment & then to my car where she reset my electronic dash board for me. We did a walk around on my car when I first arrived. No scratched rim. Now after the free car wash I have a damaged left rear rim. Badly scratched! I am not happy at all about this and when I confronted you about it your poor video showed me nothing to convince me that it was already damaged. I know my car.
