I always have a good experience at Honda and my car is always great!
One thing is that if I don’t wait there my car takes too long. I scheduled an early appointment at 8:15 to get my car before noon for work and was told it would be ready around 10:30, but I was not called to get my car till 2:00 pm.
Everyone that has helped me inside with my car has been very nice and they all have given me great customer service. It was just the wait time this time.
