Called to make sure what was on the 30,000 mile check. She told oil change & multi pt check & I would be done in 30 minutes to an hour. I questioned her but she assured me that was all. When we got there for the appt I was told they recommended several other items be done and it would be 2 hrs. Matthew O was very pleasant, professional & informative he got with the service manager who put two technician on it to shorten the time. They got it all done in about an hour and 15 minutes. They all did a great job! The PROBLEM was the person scheduling the appt not knowing & informing me of the additional items recommended and the cost of those items. She needs some additional education on scheduling and what is needed. Thankfully there was a discount coupon to help with that added cost.

I was not happy being charged 3 percent on my credit card after spending that amount of money. I don’t carry that amount of cash. Had I known I could bring a check I would have. I have to come back Thursday and get tires mounted and I will bring a check. The mechanic and everyone else did a fine job. This has changed my mind about possibly trading for a new passport.
