I've talked to other Ridgeline owners who have had torque converter replaced under warranty. I don't understand why mine was not covered. It is a defect that Honda is aware of and it should be covered.

Mr. Oravitz was great!! Explained everything and even answered questions I had about a future repair I might need. I do i wish someone would have asked if I had coupons because I forgot to use mine. They have been sent to me by this dealer ship and I had them on my phone, but I just completely forgot . Megan Pless provided outstanding assistance while helping secure the required service on our 2023 Pilot. She informed me of all required service actions so I could authorized the work to be performed. She also showed me the technicians video report and when a possible oil leak was brought to my attention, she took the vehicle to a different technician to verify that there was no leak.
