This was my first ever disappointment with a dealership service. A two hour wait for a cabin filter and oil change is usually unheard of. The $660 transmission service cost estimate at 58,000 miles is astronomical and most likely will not happen at Airport Honda.
The service advisor was good. The cashier service was perfect with a good staff.
I will no longer have. The vehicle serviced at Honda.
