Your customer service was excellent. However, I am very disappointed that Honda has decided to charge a 3% service fee on credit card payments. You already charge a premium for your service as well as "miscellaneous shop supplies" which are not itemized so I must assume it is for rags and cleaning solution. I would think these type of items would be part of your labor charges.

You were recommended by Mary at Caliber Collision. Work was completed by Honda in less than an hour. An excellent job all round. FYI, I stopped using Honda service 3 years ago after dealing young service manager who during my first visit to AP Honda, told me that a mechanic said that I needed $4,000 of service work without checking my service records. During a later visit, the same service manager said it would be $149 to ask a question. That was the last straw and I took my business elsewhere. This latest experience has redeemed my opinion of AP Honda and I will consider you in the future.
