The service coordinator( I believe that was his title he announced)? that approached my car at 830am was a Complete weirdo and asked me to get back in my car when I was dropping it off for an oil change. I then within 5 seconds had to get back out of my car for the nice guy that was checking my car in to get the info like mileage off the dash. It was the weirdest exchange I have ever been in and this guys demeanor was beyond bizzare. If he’s in charge of your customer experience you REALLY need to bring me in as a consultant. I have had all my service work done at this location since 2013 on two of my Hondas. The explanation was this sped up service but all it did was make me embarrassed and confused as to how making me sit back down in the car only to have to get back out immedialty made any sense. And also witnessed a guy equally frustrated that there is a 3% additional charge to use a credit card. Don’t nickel and dime your loyal customers if you want raise the price of the service and offer discounts of 3% if you pay cash. At least when you spin it that way you won’t upset everyone. And don’t get me started on the “shop fees” oil change places in town charge what they advertise and you should do the same.

I went in for a system update and when I got my car back and turned it off I still received the same message saying that it needed the update. Either it didn’t work or they didn’t do it. I can’t do the update on my Honda Link app because someone at the dealership linked to my car before I got it and now it can’t link to me.
