Today I was told I needed a new battery (mine failed), so I had it done. When I got home I discovered that my husband had had a new battery installed at Airport Honda in September, so I shouldn't have been charged for a new one. I found the receipt and called Hannah. She verified that your records show that as well. She said she would talk to the service manager (Simon, I believe) and have the $240 I paid for battery credited to my card. I have not yet seen the credit come through. Hannah was very professional and apologetic about the incident.

After got home, realized that I needed new windshield wiper blades. Your inspection apparently missed this and I forgot.
The agent, Mary, did notice that the courtesy car wash didn’t really clean the windshield. She was generous enough to notice and clean the windshield for me.

I do Not like being solicited every time I send my vehicle in for service. I’m there for an oil change/service. I do not wanna be talking about tires, cabin filters, etc…. If and when I do need tires, I can buy tires much cheaper through Tire Rack. We only took the oil changes as it was added in with our purchase. If anyone ever tries to get me to purchase unnecessary excessive items, I will not return to Airport Honda period….
Every time we take our vehicle in, it’s the same old same old….
