My glove compartment was left a mess. Its contents were shoved back in so bad it couldn’t shut properly. Also the oil level gauge was not reset to 100% (I had to do so myself). I will say however, that the customer service I received was excellent. The employees who serviced me were all helpful and polite. If it wasn’t for aforementioned incidents I would have clicked “yes” to satisfying customer service

Service today was excellent until time to settle up. My vehicle was brought into the exiting area but then sat there about 15 minutes. Three cars were eventually brought in behind my car. Then those customers were checked out before me although my vehicle was ready before theirs. They had to move my car to let the others out although no one had settled my bill yet. After those three were gone they finally waited on me. I asked why they hadn't called me up to settle before those others and was told it was because they were "running behind". Which makes no sense.
