Poor quality on customer service: they kept my vehicle almost all day, and recall service was not done because there is no parts in stock but they told me to bring my vehicle to them and made appointment because they told me they have everything in stock to take care of recall service; it was frustrating because it causes delays at my work appointment

I was told my tire would be here on Wednesday and I would be called. Wednesday about 4 I started calling the transferring me to Megan who's phone goes to voicemail each time. I finally had to ask to speak to a person so i can get schedule to have my tire replaced. Like have if the American population I work, and my time is valuable. I shouldn't have to call se eral times, just to see if my tire had arrived so I can get schedule.so irritated by this!

You just need to set the right expectation.
I received a letter that I needed an update that would take 15 minutes.
When I called to make the appointment, I even mentioned that.
When I arrived at the appointment, I was told it would be an hour and a half.
Which is fine, but not when you expect 15 to 30 minutes.
