The mechanic left the cloth “ceiling” in my vehicle with black streaks on it ( I’m assuming it was grease)
I didn’t inspect the work as I left, other than to see the exterior antenna parts were there.
I immediately went to the car wash and was drying my vehicle when I saw the offending marks. With some cleaning solution I was able to get 90% removed.
Perhaps if the mechanic had used the whole 2.? hours allotted for the repair, he would have had the patience to either avoid the staining or time to repair it.

I had a part replaced on my Honda. I asked how long it would take to get done because I would’ve left airport Honda while it was getting worked on if the wait time was long. I was told that they would have my car finished within 15 minutes. After waiting over an hour, the salesman informed me he had went to lunch and apparently didn’t notify anybody about my vehicle so I sat unnecessarily for an hour.

Felt I was extremely overcharged and when I tried to talk about it with someone about it they blew me off. Also you should let the employees talk directly to who ever is working on their car. I will never come back and I expect to talk to a manager about a reimbursement.
