Brought it in to check SRS light, check engine light and power locks and power mirrors not working. Other than the outrageous price for parts, they failed to check power mirrors because they checked the power windows instead but I never mentioned them!

Car almost didn't start again this morning. Leaving town had to take battery charger with. Again, I believe the battery needed to be changed. Paid $143 for nothing plus $285 for towing. Very disappointed

Our car was delivered with no wiper fluid. We requested to have it filled with our service and it was not done.
A ceramic coating was applied to our car. When we picked it up it was not completely dry. Upon driving home, the coating on the wheels was flung all over the car. We had to wipe it down at home. We had to wipe down spray on the inside at the dealership. The rugs were soaking wet! We pulled the mats out and left the windows down overnight to dry.
If this is usual then a communication would have been nice.
