When I received the text message telling me my Pilot was ready to be picked up, I was given the opportunity to pay on line. The amount was $100 more than the quote I was given. When I came to pick up my Pilot I questioned the amount and learned the oil change and tire rotation coupon was not applied and transmission fluid service was $50 more than quoted and discussed. My bill was correctly reduced and I paid it.
