I was sold the previous maintenance package, and then the service department refused to do the standard wheel alignment and tire rotation that has occurred with that maintenance package I purchased previously. Instead, opting to ignore it, while trying to hustle extra money out of my wallet. I’m very disappointed to put it bluntly. At this time, I’m reevaluating my business relationship with Toyota as a whole.

I was told the time for an oil change would be two hours but it was three hours. It would have been nice to get an update if service was behind or someone booked too many appts or maybe someone was sick. The three hours I was in the waiting room, I observed other service workers checking in with other customers. I’m not angry or upset just disappointed.
