My first service at this dealership. James was very patient w me and accommodating to all my needs. He’s a true problem solver and he’s a great listener. He explained everything in detail, and left no question unanswered. I can tell he has experience and is smart about the cars he services. He’s very informative. Plz give him a promotion/raise.
