I would like to call attention to your staff who does the initial intake of the vehicle. The past (3) times we have encountered individuals who are less than accommodating and at times dismissive. Creating a feeling that they are doing us a favor. The overall environment feels different from when we purchased 4 Runner.

They both kept us updated regularly and were even nice enough to help us Bluetooth our phones to our cars which we very much appreciated!!!
