James was very professional and helpful and explained what happened with the cost of the trailer hitch we had installed. My feedback would be to say on the estimate/quote that the cost is based on an estimated X hours of work but if the work is done faster you will still owe the same amount.
Not a big deal, but could help reduce confusion. Thanks!

Very efficient and up front about the care of the vehicle; my only frustration is that on the previous three times I've been there at Flagstaff (80K, 90K, and 100K mileage), no one said anything about other issues needing to be done, and this time, I'm told several things should be done that total $1700. Felt a little blindsided by that, as nothing was mentioned prior to this, including the 100K visit.
