I brought my car in less than a year ago to get the suspension, the rotors, the brake pads, the wheel bearings and more replaced and it was already bad again. I asked to see if there was a warranty because other places in town do that but there was none. I also asked for a discount but I didn’t get one. James was great though, he helped me out and did all he could do.

Mike has been very good with my first 3 visits but this visit when it came for my signature on the paperwork he tried to upsell me with. Store balancing and an alignment for 239 or something. Totally destroyed his credibility.
I remember Zack telling who ov er sold the labor on my tundra to the repair the wiring harness under the air intake. The book said 3 and he raised it to 5 hours. I shared the information with Tyler but I doubt if Zack’s dishonesty was checked.
It’s really not difficult to run an honest business. You’ll be more productive in the long run.
I’m not looking forward to the next service interval and I would never allow my wife to enter your service dept alone.
