Disappointed the lug nut was a different color (black) instead of grey due to it being out of stock. I still had to pay $78 even though labor was not added to compensate the lack of inventory.

One improvement proposal for the service in general is to move the vacuums to a different location - it makes the experience cheap and negative (vs professional and welcoming) to park next to a vacuum and listen to the noise when arriving.
