Tyler, the cashier (sorry I can’t remember her name. I apologize!), AJ, and I’m sure plenty of other folks whose names I don’t know all deliver above and beyond service. It permeate the atmosphere while I’m waiting. It’s noticeable in the other customers who are waiting. It’s noticeable when I’m walking around with my dog in the parking lot and I see Sales folks talking with other people as per perspective customers… You guys should have great job.
