Was told extra $240 extra for recommendations. Worked it out but this should not have come up.
He told me my reaction was common.
Maybe balance and alignment can be brought up separately . Should it be part of Toyota care. Being made to feel bad by the employee is inappropriate. The comment was if I have a problem I will then blame him.

Service associate was great. Explained the process and the work on the car. She asked if I wanted my car washed and I said yes. It was actually more dirty than when I brought it in. Like it had gotten wet and then went through a dust storm. All in all not important, just disappointing.

First of all, I just went in for an oil change, and they took eight hours to change my oil Just because I didn’t have an appointment. I own many cars. I never had this happened to me ever and I don’t appreciate that. We turn it in at 7:30. Am I didn’t get it back until 430 P.M. for that, I can go to either Jiffy Lube or Valvoline, and they’ll change it within an hour…..

I would like to call attention to your staff who does the initial intake of the vehicle. The past (3) times we have encountered individuals who are less than accommodating and at times dismissive. Creating a feeling that they are doing us a favor. The overall environment feels different from when we purchased 4 Runner.
