I did receive a text saying “my ride was ready to take home” first, and then moments later my multi inspection form came in. Wasn’t it suppose to be the other way around? I was ready to pay for my services and then the inspection form came in…kinda wish I received that earlier. I’m not sure how that was controlled.

Jim was wonderful to work with. All the years I've done business at Findley, Jim is probably one of the few people that truly cares about providing excellent service. He was cheerful, listened and patient while I asked questions. He didn't give attitude when I asked for an estimated time. He went to the garage to check on my vehicle. When I decided to take the shuttle, he found driver for me. I forgot my phone and when I called to ask about my phone, he picked my phone and had it charging when I got back. It's the little things that the advisors do that some of us customers appreciate. It makes us feel valued and not just another customer to spend $$'s.
