The service at my local Lexus dealer is always amazing. Bill is very attentive. I love the free sodas. I just wish the hot chocolate machine was working, but as always the service there is fantastic and my car was spotless when I got it back. The extra car wash is always a lovely bonus.

On my last visit, Bill was ‘t as cordial as he used to be. He got me quite upset by throwing me things not truthful to the scope of service my car should have since it was still covered by warranty. Furthermore, when he learned that my sister’s sister law’s car (who happens to be a doctor ) was in your service dept because of an accident, his demeanor has changed . Over the times that I have been taking my car to him for service, he seemed ok to me. The most recent visit though has led me to feel like I have been discriminated . I so very hope I was wrong . Call me at ****-****-xxxx for further explanations. Thank you. Too bad because me and my wife were planning to get another car feom your dealership. Maybe not anymore.
