No issues with Anthony. I question the value of the service provided. Incuded in the package charged was a road test which did not happen and when delivered the passenger seat back was leaned all the way back with dirt on the headrest. Mentioned the seat position to Anthony who replied that he does not know what goes on in the service bay. I worry that other services included in the service package was not completed like tire rotation, etc.

I had a terrible experience at Lexus Van Nuys. Mr Pastoral made mistakes when he input my VIN number twice, and the service people also did a very poor job. After the service, the A/C of my car didn’t work well and it had a foul smell when I would first turn it on. I’m never going to that particular location again.
