My service today was disappointing. To begin with, they did not have me down for my appointment, despite having called to reschedule from last Wednesday to today, Friday. I arrived right at 8 a.m. and told Alejo that my car's tire pressure sensor light was on. I mentioned I had brought it in weeks ago, and the technician told me then that the tires were fine, but the sensor (or its battery) needed to be changed. I asked Alejo to have them fix this issue. After over three hours, Alejo told me I had to bring my car back for a diagnostic check because the technician didn't have time to look at it, yet he did not give me a cost estimate. He also told me my passenger airbag has a recall and I have to bring it back for that. After leaving my car there for over three hours and paying over $244, I still have not had my tire sensor fixed. Why did the service manager not check that during the three hours they had the car? Why wasn't I told how much it would cost to repair the sensor? And why was I not notified of the airbag recall before? I am truly disappointed!"
