I didn’t receive a call or text when my car was ready, it was my first time bringing my car for service, since I just bought the car on December 27. I thought services would be open until 9 pm, decided to call after 6 pm. No one was there. I had to work next day. I missed work, I am a nurse and I work 12 hours shift. My car was supposed to be ready on the same day. Next day I called 4 times. Only talked to the receptionist.

It took 4hours for the oil service
After I picked up my vehicle notice vehicle driver side seatbelt was stuck. I couldn’t release to myself to unbuckle. so now my car is not gonna get service maybe until Monday riding on a loaner now.

I scheduled an appointment for a recall and a loaner. Confirmed everything that morning only to arrive and not be able to get the work done due to the hour long the wait for a loaner. I appreciate the ability to reserve a loaner. However, a heads up about the wait before I checked in would have allowed me to make a more informed decision about having my car serviced.
