The oil change price went up. I was not notified prior to service. I’ve always been shown the price of the oil change before getting serviced. When I asked the employee about this today, he quite literally laughed in my face and argued with me. It was extremely rude and disrespectful. It was also unpleasant to be surprised with an almost $25 higher amount. I would’ve taken my vehicle somewhere else.

I wanted them to look at my backup camera which seems to have shifted and the wireless charger that doesn’t work properly and was told I’d need to leave me car. I have a hard time believing there was absolutely no time for this. I live 45 minutes away so leaving my car is extremely inconvenient. I would have appreciated if the desk dude would have taken the time to either better explained or ask the tech manager if either one of these items could be looked at the very least.
