Had an appointment at 11:15 and got there at 11:00. Waited an hour and went to see if it was about done and they hadn’t even started on my vehicle. Someone was late and they put them before me. I had to leave because I had an appointment. My daughter started taking her vehicle to Franklin because of this kind of service. I may have to do the same.

Came in for oil change. They did not tell me that there was a leak(engine, transmission, diffs), although they marked this on my receipt. But they did try to upsell me on alignment and air filters. Went back to see what was leaking. They wouldn't tell me anything except I had to set up an appointment to see what was leaking. Rediculous that they didnt mention the leak. Took it to Beaman Toyota. Won't be back to Robert's

Got there with an appointment time at 3 pm on Thursday for an oil change, the guy who took my info told me that is going to be a little longer then usual ( in my mind … oil change takes between 15-30 min + extra time (30 more min) ), after 1 hour waiting playing with my phone, I had try to use your( car battery ) charger station didn’t work.. came back to the couch, on the tv the tv show renovations houses was playing … started to fall asleep…. 1.5 hours waiting already fell asleep a couple times… I remember that the guy offered me coffee… guest what … it’s also not working ….. after 2 hours and 10 min my oil change was done… I hope you guys can fix wherever is going on . THANK YOU
