My appointment was at 9:30. Maintenance- “oil change”- was completed. The 3 issues that we requested to be checked when scheduling the appointment was “no heat, windshield washer, mirrors“ were not even started by 1:30. My previous visit I waited 6 hours to get brakes put on. Are you expecting people to sit at the dealership all day? What is the problem that work can’t get done in a timely manner?
