They replaced the oil filter that was leaking and the customer service was good but no one mentioned anything about my driveway oil stains from the leak when I showed them pictures. I'm going to attempt to get all the oil off myself by scrubbing. Just not how I planned to spend my weekend.

I was alarmed when my husband came home today and said you charged me $60 too much at my last visit. Thank you for the credit today for that excessive charge from the last bill. So glad my husband asked me for that bill last night and asked at checkout today about the overcharge. It is sad to think I need to send him to keep from overpaying Roberts Toyota. I am a former loyal customer of Beaman Toyota 2008 until I came to your dealership when they moved. I felt very secure w them and bought new cars and tires from them. I need a dealership I can depend on—that will not take advantage of me. Very disappointing.
