I went for my appt at 10 and after 45 minutes was told that my parts weren’t in and they had to reschedule me I drive an hour to get to the dealership so I would appreciate it if they would call me so I’m not wasting a trip . I know it wasn’t his fault but someone should have let him know that the parts weren’t in.

I was very disappointed in the technicians this morning not knowing what I was there for and when they figured it out there was no rental car for me. I was told I either needed to find a car or that they would call me to schedule another appointment and would then have a rental car for me. There was really no concern on their part or real apology for the inconvenience this was going to cause me.
