Great service

David was responsive to my concern that there was an oil leak after the service previously done. I have never had a leak on my drive…and am hoping this is resolved after todays visit. I have tried to power wash the 3 areas with drip marks…..but was unsuccessful today. Will try again and sure hope there are no more leaks. As far as David….great guy to work with.

John’s the best. He can wrangle a crazy Friday while still keeping sure my car’s unique needs get tailored. I threw like 4 rapid fire questions at him before paying, he answered promptly, and I paid and rested easy. John is very straightforward, friendly, and a great mentor to clients and the crew. Ryan was a great welcome as well this morning and I greatly enjoy coming in whenever there’s service. Things pop up, but I know John and Ryan are going to make sure Helga Highlander sees my grandkids. Now to work on those regular kids… Thanks again all.

Greasy shoes left black marks on carpet. No problem with quality of mechanical work. Should have used paper mats. If you noticed there were no body dings after 11 years .

I have been a fan of Evans Toyota and the service department since the mid 1990s— the service department is the reason I’ve stayed a customer of Evans. For the first time in all those years, I ohad a very frustrating experience due to a paucity of communication. My car would not start, no warning, and it was towed to Evans on Saturday, yet despite my calling and hoping to speak with a technician, I could only reach voicemail where I left messages and did not receive replies. I also had trouble with the document that came through in a text and wanted me to approve putting in a battery but when I clicked in it, nothing happened. I finally called and talked to a receptionist who said she would walk over to the service department and tell them to yes go ahead and replace the battery. So something was off— it was not the typical excellent, even outstanding service that I’m accustomed to getting from Evans. I have complete confidence that the service I received will be perfect and my RAV4 will continue to run beautifully. When I picked up the car and spoke to the service department, I was listened to courteously and patiently, and I received clear explanations of what had happened. Shuttle service was perfect – Bob was delightful.
