2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. Oil change was scheduled for 1pm and it was 3pm before it was complete.

We had an appointment for 10:30. The service person said give me 2 hours. We said ok. After the 2 hour the car still wasn’t looked at. Finally at 12:50 the car was looked at. It took just 10 minutes for the car to get look at. To fix the car service needs 3 hours. So now we will need to get the car back to Evan’s.

I just visited on 8/1 for a safety recall. I specifically asked that my oil be changed while I was in because the date on the sticker was 8/9. I realized a couple days later that my oil was not changed so I made another appointment for 8/13. I was told today that it wasn’t due for an oil change because I hadn’t hit the mileage yet, but they would reset the maintenance light for me. I asked to have it changed anyway and I was basically told that the mileage was the only important factor and that I would have to use one of my free oil changes or pay out of pocket because I was not within the mileage range yet.
