Very very unprofessional and loud behavior by the advisor
I came in and specifically asked him that if there is any recommendation about alignment please communicate with me and i wanna do it
He didn’t tell me anything, nor even that my car is ready. After 2.5 hrs when i checked the status of my car with front desk, i found that car was there one hour before and on top of that technician did recommended alignment which he didn’t communicate. When i reached out to him he was loud, unprofessional and straight away refused to find anyway, until I requested for manager and then after long discussion it got done
