I was told to plug my tire it wouldn’t cost no more then 24.95 I was charged 59.90 for something that was so simple to do. Upset about the over charge. I will be taking my car to my mechanic who gives a honest and upfront price with no hidden charges. Service advisor was nice and d pained everything but I wish the hidden charges for my tire plug would of been clarified more

Brought my car in for an oil change. I was initially out doing something for an hour as my car was being serviced and therefore not in the lobby. Came in after and sat in the lobby for an hour when I finally walked up to ask about it since I saw my car just sitting in the lot. They said it was ready and they call by last name. Maybe I wasn’t there when they first called it but no repeat announcement or follow up text or call to say my car was ready. What a waste of my time. No sympathy either when I said I was waiting for hours when I could’ve got my car and left. Have the courtesy to just text or walk up to me in the lobby to say the car is ready.
