Had tire rotation service done and when I left there was a rubbing sound coming from the wheels. When I went back to service after work, they were closed. There was no sound before the service, and nothing was noticed in your multi point inspection, so I think something was done incorrectly when putting the tires back on.

The reason I placed one for the service was an oil change, which was the only thing I didn’t get. I got a response from the agent asking me that’s why I wanted to update maintenance. I denied cause it was 35,000 mile maintenance. I didn’t deny the service I needed it, which was the oil change. They fix my tire issue that was on the I guess maintenance list from the dashboard. I don’t know. But I was a complete waste of time cause the reason I was in there for was my oil change.
