It was my third service, but only have 10000 miles. I requested for oil change. They told me it will do next time. They rotate the tire, I requested them for checking tire pressure since lt’s low. But they didn’t check it. I was almost home and checked the pressure and it was as low. Then I came back to the center and asked the same. They checked it and it was low as 29-30 PSI

Your new phone messaging system makes it more difficult to reach a customer’s service advisor. A more streamlined process is needed to allow talking directly to your service advisor when required.
