Shannon is always so friendly and professional. He is a pleasure to deal with. Only complaint was I had an 8:15 appointment and the car was not ready until almost 3:00. I wouldn’t have thought it would have then to t long for an oil change. Maybe because it was the holiday week and some of your employees may have been on vacation?

Shannon and the technicians did a great job, as always.
I would recommend moving the service consultation back inside at the service desk as it was in the past. The garage is dangerous due to moving vehicles, exhaust fumes, and slippery surfaces.
