Cris was terrific-just as Shannon and Blaise are whenever I work with them. I appreciated Cris sitting down with me to explain some additional work needed-the Service Technician did just a wonderful job telling /showing me what he found-under the hood and under the carriage. I am very pleased with Faulkner-and know my car is well cared for by true professionals-inside the Service area and out in the Service Bay. From start to finish everyone is great-beginning with the Service Technician who checked me in to the Associate who checked me out-and of course, Cris and the Service Technician who serviced my car.
