I do not want to work with this service advisor again. When the text came with the recommended repairs, I did authorize repairs but I had questions. I replied in the comments what is the exact total and I did not want to pay over $900, and only wanted to pay the $500 amount. She or anyone never responded or called. I was mad when I saw the $927. How is regular maintenance on a car that has 37,000 miles on it $927? I’m so tired to being ripped off. I do like dealing with Toyota and I know it’s pricy, but seems ridiculous.
