i like the new tablet based e-checkin/out as well as car status photos and videos. its a major plus.
i would like a quick message from your system that the "car is done and wait X minutes before your name is called to check out" rather than have the cashier call my name out to pay ... effectively its the same but at least I can pack up ahead of time since I know the car is done as I'm working in the cubicle area.
great job speeding the throughput of work.
the electrical sockets on the work area are loose and need replacement, they will not hold a plug securely.
