I was scheduled to get a repair on my 2013 Highlander on 12/9/24. I arrived to the service dept. at 9:30 am.At that point, Chris was on computer. He sees me and tells me that the part was coming later that day around 2pm. He should've contacted me on Friday. Coming from Center City, burning gas and time I expected better service from your copany.... if it was you, don't you think you would be compensation for your time and gas? This could've been all avoided with a text. Now I have to reschedule another day....not pleased at all!

Very frustrated. My vehicle is a fleet vehicle. Managed by wheels. When I made the appointment. I notified them of that. I picked up my vehicle initially when wheels purchased it. I received a text after the inspection saying “maintenance needed”. Not suggested or recommended. So I said approved. Only to find out wheels doesn’t cover it because the services weren’t actually needed. I am enraged. Extremely frustrated and will press my company to force wheels to remove your location as a business partner for their fleet vehicles. My cell is ****-****-xxxx.
