1. I could not get through on the phone to check on the status of my vehicle. I had to drive to the dealership, 2. I had to wait almost a 1/2 hour just to speak to my service rep because he was on the phone. There were 3 other reps there that wouldn't help me. Finally the manger came out and told them to help people. 3. After talking to me my rep and being told my car wasn't done yet, I told him I would be in the waiting area. He ended up calling me and said he didn't remember me saying I was going to wait. I was waiting for almost an hour for my car to be done. It was dropped off at 7:30 AM and not finished until after 2:30.
