I cant really give much thought about the services given to my Toyota Rav4 as this is my First time going for maintenance to my car.
What i can say is that David was very accomodating and very nice, the service was fast. I am hoping the maintenance performed to the car is good.

My experience with Shannon Haughney was great. And website wasn't convenient, it suggested I have several cars, and I don't. The service should be free (complementary),and it showed $85.85, so it'smisleading. I believe it must be fixed. Best regards.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. He let me sit in your lobby for 4 hours then said to me “I forgot about you!”. Then he tells me that I needed to come there to fill out a form from Toyota. When I got there he told me to wait in lobby again. I waited an hour then he comes over and tells me I didn’t need to come in at all. He is unprofessional. I have bought many cars from Faulkner over the past 35 years. I will not be bringing any cars to be serviced. I did speak to a manager I asked to not have Chris as my service coordinator he did not listen.
