I purchased a new Highlander in December of 2019. It's barely 5 years old and I'm on my 3RD battery. The only explanation I got is I'm not driving it far enough. What a load of crap. I drive my car to and from work every day. I drive my kids to and from activities up to an hour away every day. I drive to Lancaster and Poconos on weekends. I will contact Toyota directly to complain about this vehicle and the crap service. I'm tired of paying $400 a pop for a new battery. I've only got 50,000 miles and on my 3RD BATTERY!!!
