Jesse was great..after my service was completed and this was before I picked up the car..I had received an e mail describing proposed / recommended service items.. when I received it,..I felt the pricing in some of the items was very high vs std costs . When I went to pick up the car…I mentioned it to Jesse and he noted some of those prices are wrong…and he noted he had mentioned that to whomever created the list ..when I was at the pickup..he corrected the errors on the proposed future repairs .
I did mention to Jesse that in that my car did not yet have 30k miles …I felt that the service price was high..he noted the prices for 30, 60, and 90 k are always high…I’ve mentioned I’ve had a few land cruisers and other high end brand cars,..and I didn’t remember 30k services bring that high,,,As I mentioned..my interaction with Jesse was great…pleased with his help, expertise and communication,..
